I've been a busy bee this year, Hawaii, Michigan, North Carolina, BACK to North Carolina, and a ton of mini-trips in between, BUT I've managed to begin a new chapter taking family portraits, and I've found myself smiling like an idiot every time I sit down to edit a photo of a couple letting down their guard or a big family laughing and forgetting the camera is there. I love it!!!! My greatest hope if for everyone to look at their family photos 10 years from now and think, 'Wow, what a fun day' :)
